RAKS enables electronic filing of tax returns. It also collects the data required to correctly prepare and submit the Standard Audit File and allows for the auditing of generated files before submission to the Tax Office.

The system supports documents such as WNT, WDT, export invoices, purchase invoices in foreign currencies, and SAD, and also allows for cash management in foreign currencies. It also allows for issuing and settling documents in foreign currencies.

Thanks to its extensive system of records and shared permissions, the program provides control over access to selected data. RAKS operates in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act.

The program is open to interoperability with other systems. It allows for electronic import and export of data, including records, dictionaries, commercial, financial, and warehouse documents, thus accelerating and automating work.
