Tailored to your needs

The software can function independently or in conjunction with the other RAKS modules to form a single system. Either on a desktop computer or online. The software co-operates with bank settlement systems, automatically generates registration and settlement documents for tax offices and ZUS. The application is simple to use, intuitive, compliant and rich in numerous possibilities to streamline work.

Summaries

The KPiR software enables the creation of statements for the ledger and registers for a selected period of time, for any counterparty and any column of the ledger. Ledger entries can be assigned to any groups of operations defined by the user. Based on these groups, the user can generate statements according to his/her needs.

Settlements

In the application, we can keep track of settlements with counterparties on an ongoing basis. Settlement of operations takes place in the Cash, Bank, Settlements application, and information on settlements is automatically transferred to the ledger. It is also possible to settle documents directly in the Ledger module, without registering cash documents. Quick counting makes it possible to view the current status of receivables and liabilities.

Declarations, ZUS, JPK

The software supports income tax settlements for individuals settling according to the tax scale, flat-rate or lump-sum rules. It calculates current advance payments for PIT and ZUS contributions. Settlement declarations, e.g. JPK VAT, will be sent to the Revenue Office directly from the programme. The Official Receipt will be saved in the application.

Open collaboration

The software is open to cooperation with other systems. It allows electronic import and export of data including: dictionary files, commercial, financial and warehouse documents, speeding up and automating the accounting process and collaboration with customers.

Data security

The document recycle bin is a safeguard against accidental or unauthorised removal of an accounting document from the system. The Recycle Bin works in a similar way to the Windows Recycle Bin, however, special authorisation is required to remove documents from the Recycle Bin, which should only be granted to authorised persons.
